Admission Procedure

Admissions are granted to all boys and girls irrespective of caste, creed or social status, if there is a vacancy in a particular class. Prospectus-containing Application cum Registration form is available from the school office from the first week of January Registration fee is not refundable and registration does not in any was guarantee admission.

Admission of a child to the school will mean complete a acceptance of all the school rules in force and all the amendments thereof.

Admission at pre-primary level are based on interviews with the candidates, parents/guardians for admissions into standard I and above, the candidate will have to write an admission test in addition to the interview. Admissions will be contingent on the overall performance of the candidate. Parents/guardians are required to bring the candidate on the specified date and time to the test venue to avoid disappointments.

Parents/guardians will be required to deposit the fees along with necessary certificate and photographs etc. within 3 days of admission declaration, failing which the institute will be free to cancel the admission and grant the seat to any other candidate.

At the time of admission every student must produce Transfer Certificates (Duly countersigned by the DEO) from the school last attended, with exceptions of pre-primary classes and 1st, where birth certificates of the local governing body have to be produced instead. The particulars of the candidates as recorded in the T.C. should tally with the same entered in the admission form and will be considered final. No request for the change of name, date of birth etc. will be entertained.
